Continuous Dryer Preventive Maintenance

Continuous Dryer is where wet cake or grain is continuously flowing through a dryer without stopping. The Continuous dryer have it's compartment champer .

After passing through dryer moisture content of products may be reduced 2% - 4% depending on product.

Preventive-checklist-for- continuous Dryer:-

Frequency- 3months or 6 months

 

1. CD Noodle maker bearing greasing to be do after dismentle of bearing gap.
2. CD Gland packing should be tight or fitting new gland.
3. Gland bolt condition should be properly tight.
4. Screen Locking bolt condition should be tight or corrosion free.
5. Actutator coupling condition should not be gap.
6. Actutator seal condition to be not leakage.
7. Multriscrew bearing condition to be grease after remove all gear.
8. Check Multriscrew gearbox oil level.
9. Hydraulic unit condition be neat and clean.
10. Ss belt all cotter pin condition all locking joint of belt.
11. SS belt mesh condition of stiching of as belt.
12. SS belt steam sepreater should be check.
13. Check locking of sprocket and alignment of SS belt.
14. To check greasing condition of SS belt drive shaft.
15. To check oil level of SS drive sgmhaft gear box.
16. CD door champer all locking nut condition.
17. CD all guard condition should be ok.
18. To check CD all motor earthing condition.
19. To check exhaust blower condition.
20. To check dust system and its bag condition.
21. To check all chamber belt ,guard and temperature.
