 Filter Press Machine is equipment which make pressure on the filtration material to get solid - liquid seperation. With the advantage of simple structure, convenient operation and good filtration performance, filter press machines are widely used in sludge dewatering treatment of chemistry, pharmacy, petroleum,mining, metallurgy,foodstuff, textile, printing and dying,paper making, and other industries.

 

 The maintenance of the press filter takes up a little time for the operator.It can be tricky to pay attention to a lot of small details. But we must carefully maintain our Pressure filter equipment.

 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST FOR CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

There are following preventive maintenance checklist for filter press.

1. Inform electric department for loto of equipment and ensure its off in condition.
2. Visually check machine and system should be in clean condition.
3. Check for proper earthing.
4. Grease motor bearing if need replacement gearbox housing.
5. Foundation and structure should be to tighten.
6. Check hydraulic unit no any oil leakage and spillage on floor.
7.  check hose condition not should be on damaged condition.
8. Check nozzle no should be leakage even dropwise.
9. Check valve and pipe condition.
10. Check tie bar condition not should be corrsion.
11. Oil level in hydraulic unit .
12. Filter press plate should not be damaged.
13. Safety guard should be on proper condition.
