Spin Flash Dryer are designed for continuous drying of cohesive and non- cohesive pastes, filter cakes and high viscosity liquids. The wet cake appears granular and gets fluidised.

Preventive maintenance checklist for SFD(Spin flash dryer)

There are following check pints to follow during preventive maintenance:-

 

1. Check Housing condition should not have any abnormalities.
2. Check steam coil should not be leakage.
3. Cleaning of steam coil.
4. Check internal condition.
5. Check steam traps condition
6. Check lubrication to all Mechanical parts should be well lubricated.
7. Check screw feeder condition should not have any abnormalities sound.
8. Check lump breaker condition should not have any abnormalities.
9. Check hammer mill condition should not have any abnormalities.
10. Check classifier condition should not have any abnormalities.
11. Check multriscrew should not have any abnormalities.
12. Check lubrication for multi screw is well lubricated.
13. Check mechanical looseness should be tight.
14. Check structural condition should not have any corrosion.
15. Foundation bolts of motor should be tight.
16. To check Body Earthing of motor should not have loose.
17. To be check ON/OFf push button working on well condition.
