  1. Analyze breakdown data in order to improve the efficiency and performance the various lines and machines
  2. Assist in planning maintenance activities, including weekend work and plant shutdowns etc 
  3. Ensure inputs for shut down planning activities are timely and proactively provided within areas of responsibility of Employee
  4. Participate in implementation of new projects, facility modification and comment on the concept design phase through the detailed design phase including design review to fabrication and installation of the facilities as well as start-up of the new installation/facilities
  5. Perform Maintenance Engineering (MERs) and Management of Change (MOC) requests 
  6. Ensure Work Permit system is excited in the plant.
  7. To Identify and eliminate the Unsafe Acts/conditions in the plant. 
  8. Planing of maintenance consumables and spare.
  9. Coordination with production team in case of downtime break down for restoring the equipments availability.
  10. Ensure PPE's are available and used in accordance with best safety practices. 
  11. Established and managed successful approaches to predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of facility machinery.
  12. Performed root cause analysis of problems, documented faults in tracking system and generated daily reports.
  13. Maintained timely and accurate oral and written technical reports of engineering activities. 
  14. Maintaining equipments like ANF, Centrifuge, Reactors, gearboxes, agitators, pumps, pipe 
  15. lines, filter presses, hydraulic units, belt conveyors, tray dryers, continuous dryers, pulverize, 
  16. dust collectors, blenders, blowers, Spin Flash dryer and others.
  17. Ensure good spares management and maintain the common facilities for storage. Complying 
  18. with the requirements of ERP and maintaining requisite justification for orders made in SAP.
